I honestly almost never leave reviews, but I couldn’t resist this time!

I had my grandmother’s All-White Surprise Honorary Celebration at Event Nest Carmel on 8/29/26, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish!

I started planning back in March, and from the very beginning, the owner, Swoji, was professional, kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. Her communication was superb and she doesn’t make you wait! I never once had a bad feeling about choosing this venue, and she truly did her best to accommodate my requests throughout the entire planning process.

The venue itself is beautiful, newly renovated, and reasonably priced. The all-white interior with the gorgeous chandeliers gave my grandmother’s celebration such an elegant, almost heavenly feel.
I also LOVED that the beautiful Chiavari chairs are included with the venue, because many event spaces charge extra for them.

The space had everything we needed: room for our live band, surround sound, a projector screen, bar area, and a separate buffet room for the food, which I absolutely loved. They even provide the chafers!

I also have to give a HUGE thank you to Des, our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond and even stayed past her scheduled time to make sure everything came together perfectly. We had some unforeseen circumstances happen during setup, and for a moment I felt completely overwhelmed, but Des truly saved the day! I cannot express how much I appreciate her doing all that she did to make me happy!

I am SO HAPPY I chose Event Nest Carmel and highly recommend them for your next event! Book them now!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 70th birthday at Event Nest in Carmel, and I could not have chosen a more beautiful venue! From the moment I walked in, I knew it was the perfect place for my special celebration.

The venue was beautiful, elegant, clean, spacious, and absolutely stunning. Everything came together beautifully, and my guests were impressed with how gorgeous the space looked. It provided the perfect setting for such an important milestone.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The management was attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were there to assist with setup and made sure we had what we needed to make the day run smoothly. I truly appreciated how responsive and hands-on they were throughout the event.

The entire experience—from the beautiful venue to the helpful staff and attentive management—made my birthday celebration even more special. You can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and want them to have a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Event Nest. Everything was setup and beautiful. We forgot our welcome sign and it was to far to go get,  Event Nest personnel went to the store and created a very cute sign, they went above and beyond and we truly appreciated it.
