The Venue was perfect! Everything worked out fantastic. The owner accommodated us for a last minute Venue requested on a Friday afternoon for the very next Sunday event. We were in a bind as our previously scheduled Venue canceled on us last minute. This owner was extremely accommodating! The negotiated price was within our budget. The place was very clean. There is a kitchenette, refrigerator, tables, chairs, microphone and audio visual connections, family restroom, access to backyard and more! I encourage others to give them a try. Most communication was done online and through texting. This is the first time I had a faceless transaction and the owner made it painless! They honor their word! We were able to reschedule our event successfully without any issues. Thank you for your hospitality!

I recently hosted my baby shower at this venue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We had about 40 guests, and the space was more than accommodating — open, clean, and beautifully designed with both great natural light and well-placed artificial lighting. The aesthetic of the venue added such a nice touch to the atmosphere and made decorating so easy. The owner was incredibly friendly, personable, and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything run smoothly from start to finish. On top of that, the price for the time we had was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the space and service.
