Pre-Event Setup Checklist
This checklist is intended to help hosts and vendors set up the venue smoothly on the day of the event. Please review these items during your setup window. This checklist does not replace venue rules or rental agreement terms.
💡 Lighting
- Lighting controls are located by the kitchenette
- Turn all light sliders fully up to enable full lighting
📶 Wi-Fi Access
- Network: Event Nest Carmel
- Password: @Venue2025
🎥 AV & Audio Equipment
- Projector and microphone remotes are located outside the refrigerator room
- Apple devices → connect via AirPlay
- Android devices → connect via Bluetooth
📽 Projector Use
- Turn on the projector
- MacBook users → connect via AirPlay
- Other laptops → use HDMI cable located in the host area
🎤 Microphone Use
- Microphones connect to the portable speaker
- Turn on the microphone
- Ensure the microphone frequency matches the frequency on the portable speaker
🍽 Buffet Setup (If Applicable)
- Three buffet tables and chafing dishes are stored in the refrigerator room
- If buffet setup is needed in the guest area, move tables from storage
🧺 Linens (If Included in Contract)
- Buffet Table Linens: Two 8-ft black linens
- Guest Table Linens Allowed only if included in your contract. Use one linen per table
- Please return all used linens as instructed in the Cleanup & Exit Checklist.
🎀 Décor Items (If Included)
- Backdrop stand, décor stands, and sofa are available only if included in your contract
- If not included in your contract, please move these items to the refrigerator room before event setup.

and are part of your rental agreement.
