We’re excited to host your celebration. Please review the house rules below to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
General Guidelines
- Please treat the venue, furnishings, and equipment with care
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Guests should remain within designated event areas only
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted inside the venue.
Decor & Setup Rules
- Free-standing décor and backdrops are welcome
- Balloons must be weighted
- All décor must be removed during teardown
- 🚫 No nails, screws, staples, tape, command strips, or adhesives
- 🚫 No confetti, glitter, rice, loose petals, or similar materials
- 🚫 No fog machines, sparklers, fireworks, or open flames
- 🚫 No open flames — only fully enclosed candles are permitted
Food & Beverage Guidelines
- Outside food and catering are permitted
- Alcohol service is the client’s responsibility and must comply with local laws
- Please encourage responsible consumption
- 🚫 No open flames or grease-based cooking inside the venue
Respect for the Space
- Do not block exits, hallways, or electrical panels
- Furniture should not be dragged or stacked improperly
- Any damage caused by guests or vendors is the client’s responsibility
