Rental Time & Access

Please review the timing details below to ensure a smooth event experience. Your rental includes the following:

  • Paid Event Time: As stated in your rental agreement
  • Complimentary Setup & Teardown Time: Up to 1 total hour (combined)

Important Timing Reminders

  • Complimentary time is not an extension of the rental period
  • Complimentary time is shared between setup and teardown and may be used at the client’s discretion
  • Setup and cleanup must occur within the complimentary windows
  • All guests, vendors, and belongings must exit the venue by the end of teardown time

Planning ahead helps avoid late exit charges and ensures a smooth transition for the next event.
